ALL THUMBS UP AT THIS YEAR'S SHOW!!

 The spotlight was on Geraldton last weekend with visitors and exhibitors at the 2010 Geraldton Boat, Caravan and Camping Show giving the Show the thumbs up.

This year’s Show was bigger than last year, with more than 4,000 people coming though the gates over the two days. The weather was perfect, the exhibitors all put on a great show and the entertainment was non-stop!

The biggest attraction as always was the Engel Aquatank. This was filled with local barramundi and used to show fishing demonstrations – and no doubt inspired many local fishermen and women to get out their rods and reels!

New this year was the 4WD Adventure track, which was very  designed to show how well the cars actually perform on the rugged terrain, and the crowd got to see all the action first hand.

The people of Geraldton love the outdoors life and are willing to get behind their local businesses. This year's Show had a lot of well known local businesses there displaying their products, as well as many who had travelled from Perth for the Show. All the big names in the local boating scene like Jackson’s Marine, and Bayside Marine were there, as well as big names in outdoor products such as Anaconda, Ranger Outdoor, O’Brien WD and Tackleworld. The Show also acknowledges its sponsors Club Marine, Mach 1 4x4 and Geraldton Toyota.
